April 22, 2024 Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 238 near Mena in reference to a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was later located. Jason Hale, 39, of Mena was arrested by an officer with Probation Parole on a charge of Probation Violation as well as a warrant for Interference with Emergency Communication and 3rd Degree Domestic Battery.
